Sure. You can do it using a Filtered Deck – any filter that works in the Browse window will work in a Filtered Deck Searching - Anki Manual. But if you are just looking for a one-click method to start your study session, a “dummy”-parent deck is easier Getting Started - Anki Manual .Just create an empty deck and move all the decks you want under it.
