Combine Basic (and reversed) and Basic (type in answer) into one standard note type?

Is there anyway to combine the note types Basic (and reverse) and Basic (type in your answer)?
I want to make a deck for Spanish class, but I want to have a deck where I can type in my answer. I can’t figure out how to make a note type like this.
Do I have to use an addon?
