Cards on Anki web are not the same as anki PC

Hello,
I’ve got a problem with synchronization between Anki Web and the Anki on my PC. I wanted to upload my old decks. But then I also downloaded the cards from a friend of mine. Right now are the old cards online and the new one on my PC, but I want to have all my cards together on my PC. I can’t edit them or put them together.
Could you please help me?

What exactly is preventing you from joining your decks on Anki Desktop?

First sync, then import your friend’s deck locally and sync again. Everything should be available on AnkiWeb afterwards.
