Cards Lost......or not?

So, I downloaded Anki on my home computer and my work computer. I tried the ‘sync’ button and a lot of things were deleted.
Currently it is showing that I only have about 14 cards total, BUT when I go into Browse, it shows a LOT more cards there.

As per the screen shot below, there are more than 14 cards. Is there ANY way to get this cards back to my decks on the User interface where I can access them?

Where are you looking that makes you think they are deleted? If you can see them in Browse, they are in your collection.
