I have already reinstalled Anki, but have the same problem on all my devices (Mac, Iphone).
I have different decks and when I learn the cards I always get the same answer on the answer page, no matter which deck or which card. I synchronized and restarted it and got the app. Still it doesn’t work.

I remember reading about a similar issue with the back side here on the forums. Try changing the video driver from the preferences.
One other possibility is that you have accidentally changed your note type. You may need to use the Add Field button to add back the missing field, after removing the unwanted text.
