Can't/Won't restart

I am a new user. It shows that the add-ons are there, and will take place when I restart, but restarting isn’t helping. I have even restarted the computer. Any help would be appreciated…

I ahve been banging my head for 2 hours!

I am trying to sync the deck: 444814983/Find cards from UWorld Test.

I am new so I don’t know what that does, but it’s not in my options even after I Put this code 444814983 in Anki Tools → Addons → Get addons

If you don’t know what an add-on does, you generally don’t need that add-on.

That’s not a “deck” – it’s an add-on. So yes, adding it through Tools > Add-ons is the right way to do that.

What “Options” are you looking in?

[I’ll also point out that – in addition to this add-on not providing very clear instructions – it hasn’t been updated since 2024, and has 31 negative ratings (out of 98). It’s possible that the add-on simply doesn’t work.]

According to the comments on that add-on page someone mentioned using a Chrome extension instead of the add-on, so if you try that it might be helpful. (but I haven’t tried it myself so I don’t know if it will work properly.)
