Can't login (button greyed out)

I just installed Anki on windows. I am logged in to ankiweb on my cellphone. When I attempt to login to ankiweb on windows, the email field has a red icon once I enter my email address and password, and the login button is greyed out. Is there anything I can do? I could transfer decks and use the client without ankiweb, but that would be awful.

Maybe I could create a new account and hope I can login from my cellphone to upload decks.

Does that mean your logging to the desktop Anki program you have installed on Windows – Preferences > Syncing – or to the AnkiWeb site in a browser on Windows – https://ankiweb.net/ ?

I was trying to login to the website. After reading your post, I logged in through the client and I’ve imported my decks. Thanks!

What you’re seeing is often because the login and password fields haven’t yet recognized that they were filled with text. For instance if you use a password manager or have your credentials saved in your browser. Sometimes just clicking in each field is enough – or you might need to try clearing the cache and cookies for ankiweb.net in your browser and logging in again. You can also try an incognito/private browser window, or another browser.

Yes.A solution was to click in the first field, then tab key which highlighted the login button. Thank you!
