Hello! Every time I go to sync per the instructions for new AnKing subscribers, it says a network error occurred. Please help me find the bug. Thank you.

I can’t tell whether this is –
- related to Anki and syncing with AnkiWeb.
- related to the AnKing deck and syncing with AnkiHub.
If you were able to sync fine with AnkiWeb before you installed the AnkiHub add-on (if that’s what you did?) – then you should get help from the AnKing / AnkiHub folks by searching or posting in their support community – https://community.ankihub.net/ .
If you disable your add-ons in Anki (see Troubleshooting Checklist #2), and you’re still getting that error when you’re only syncing with AnkiWeb – then it could be a connection issue on our side, and you should start with this FAQ: Error establishing a secure connection when syncing - Anki FAQs .
