I’m currently subscribed to the AnkiHub service and I’m trying to install the AnKing Step Deck (for Step 1 & 2) using the AnkiHub add-on on Anki for Windows.
However, every time I attempt to use the “Sync to Install” function from the Deck Management panel, I receive the following message:
✔️ Collection Sync Completed ❌ AnkiHub Sync Cancelled
As a result, the deck does not install. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps already, including:
– Restarting Anki
– Reinstalling the AnkiHub add-on
– Logging in and out of my AnkiHub account
– Attempting manual workarounds
Unfortunately, none of these attempts have worked.
