AnkiHub - empty fields

Hello, so I’m running into the issue where all fields are completely empty under the “AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2” after buying AnkiHub and subscribing to that deck.

Thus far I’ve been using the AnKing v12 cards and don’t have any issues with missing text/media on that deck.

Currently using version 23.12.1

I have done all of the troubleshooting steps outlined on the Wiki (screenshot below) but still no luck.

I also included a screenshot of my Anki if that helps, any suggestions are welcome

Have you tried AnkiHub’s support forums?

You might find some fellow AnkiHub users here, but they are a different organization, and this issue seems related specifically to AnkiHub and its decks, and not to the underlying Anki software that AnkiHub runs on top of.
