I’m the new with the ANKI. A just bought the access to one of the exam sites and download the anki file for the studying. Some of the questions had the wrong answers. I’m trying to change the answer, but the previous one still highlighted in green. I need the addon or I’m doing something wrong? The correct answer should be C, not the A. I’m attached the screenshot.

There’s no way to tell what you should do without looking at the templates and field content.

If Anki does the highlighting, when you review the card, click Edit and change the text in the answer field.
If an addon does the highlighting, you need to find out how the addon highlights answers.
Problems with a card type/template for a deck you purchased are probably easiest to handle by getting support from the deck author/seller. They will be the most familiar with their own code.
If you cannot get help from them, we’d need more from you. Your screenshot there is in the card template editor – copy the text of the front, back, and Styling templates – post it as text –
