Cannot Install Anki – python39.dll not found (Windows)

This issue has been persistent with me with every release. It shows me this error and I dont know what to do.

It keeps saying it wants this. What do I do about it. It is already present with me. Is the problem because of the destination folder being false

Right so I found that by following the python file to the destination folder leads me to this location

I find the actual Anki there. So it seems the Anki shortcut in my taskbar and desktop does not work anymore. I have to remove it.

Maybe the shortcut points to an old (incomplete) Anki installation?

Indeed. I removed it and made a new shortcut to the Anki app hidden in the installation file. I don’t what causes this behaviour in the first place when my shortcut updated itself automatically. It was working just fine for a couple of update installation, but now it started doing this. And this is a problem that has been recurring on my other device as well.
