Can’t see my cards

When I create cards, I can’t use them, because all I will see is the question and where the answer should be I see a white screen. Ist doesnt matter if I’m using texts oder photos. Please help, I have three Tests left and I need Anki

Bullet points not showing

I’m new to Anki so I am just wondering how do I fix this: [image] When using the bullet points it doesn’t show, must be an option I am missing but like I said I am new
