Can I freely translate the FSRS Github and Wiki?

I translated FSRS-Wiki and README into Github page (like Anki Manual).
FSRS Wiki Japanese version (FSRS Github, Wiki)

I think the Anki Manual is allowed by the license, but I’m not sure about FSRS-Wiki. If there are any problems I think I’ll rewrite it into my own simple tutorial and FSRS Q&A, so either is fine.
