[Bug] Issue with "attach picture/audio/video (F3)"

Hi dear Devs of the mighty Anki,

when adding ner cards and also when editing cards in the browser I´ve encountered the following problem:

The “attaching images” function gets stuck after choosing the file to attach.
The cursor remains functional, I can still write text and use the “Add card” editor, but the chosen file remains in limbo.

This is untill I switch to any different window/program (i.e. Firefox, Finder etc.), even if only switching to a different tab inside Anki.

When I return to the editor the choosen file is finally attached.

Also: The file is only attached successfully when the cursor is at the same spot when reopening the Add-tab.
When moving the cursor somewhere else before switching and coming back, the file remains floating somewhere in the ether.

Can you reproduce the issue with the “Record Audio” button?

No, this particular issue I can not reproduce with record audio.
I´ve never used that function and I could not get the audio to play, I don´t hear the recording.
But pressing the button seems to record something and it attaches the [sound:rec170009427.mp3] immediately

This sounds similar to 2.1.54 Bug: Audio files not attaching correctly. I still can’t reproduce it on a Mac here. Not sure if it’s timing-related, or some other software running on your machine.
