Hi,
Every time I open the Mac desktop version, it says the site can’t be reached. It gives a url saying that the webpage is temporarily down or may have permanently moved to a new address. My mobile and webpage versions still work, though. I tried deleting and reinstalling the application on my Mac, but the problem persisted. Is there a way to resolve this?

You didn’t mention an add-on, so I moved this to the Help category. Please start with the Troubleshooting Checklist (that NameLessGO linked to) and try everything, even the things you don’t think are related. If you’re still getting an error, please attach a screenshot.
