Normal anki font is fine and can be adjusted using zoom.
However, the browser part is so small. ANy idea how I can increase the size?

The way to adjust that is in Preferences > Appearance > User interface size – then restart Anki.
However 2.1.45 is several years out-of-date, and I don’t know if that feature existed in that version. Even if it did, you should consider upgrading to a more current version.
