In my android phone app, when I browse cards, Anking IO one by one type cards show blank page when I preview. With laptop and ipad, I don’t have any issues.

What version are you using? In AnkiDroid, go to Settings > About – click “Copy Debug Info” – paste that entire thing here when you respond.

Is this a new problem – as in, it used to work just fine, and it (recently) stopped working?

Do the cards display correctly in the study screen, and the only problem is in Preview?

Is this happening with notes from AnKing decks (that use that note type), or with notes you made yourself (that use that note type), or both?

- New problem. It worked fine when I used before. Dont know when it stopped working. Didnt use anki for several months until recently.

I remember seeing reports of this issue in the AnKing IO one by one note type a while ago. Can you make sure the note type is fully updated using the AnKing Note Types add-on?
