Help please, my ankidroid is syned with anki on my desktop… everything was working fine but now this is happening… i can use my deck perfectly on anki desktop but not on my mobile…I have tried changing decks,settings,accounts and what not…at this point I am losing hope… please help
You might want to try the latest version by joining the beta tester group on the page of AnkiDroid of the Play Store app.
did that aswell, currently using the beta version
It may be related to the 2.16 upgrade. Please make sure your system is fully up-to-date, including having the latest https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview&hl=en_AU&gl=US installed.
