Batch import of cards for new version

This is my 1st time using Anki to memorize words, and the version I downloaded is Wins 10/11 (2.1.66 Qt6). The text format exported from an electronic dictionary is: the field separator for words and translations is “-” (as the pic shows).

However, the separators provided in the new version don’t include “-” and cannot be customized.

There are thousands of words! It means I need to take lots of time to modify one by one. Hope there are kind-hearted guys who could provide solutions!

You can use a word processor to change the dash for another supported character.

In Windows, you can use Notepad or Notepad++. Just search and replace - for a pipe |, for example. Then you can import it using the pipe as separator.
