Hello. My audio recordings have stopped playing any sound on my Anki Desktop app. However, I don’t get any error message and the software says its recording. An audio file then appears where I’ve chosen to place it, yet there’s no sound. I’ve checked the sound on my computer and it is working normally. I then went to check the specific app volume for Anki and the computer says it’s not working (i.e the bar is greyed out and there’s no option for me to control the volume). Please help.
Edit: It seems to be working now but frequently does not work. I’m not sure what happens to disable the audio.
