Any way to get a backup of Anki web data?

Hello!

Is there any way to get a backup of the AnkiWeb data? After a wrong sync my cards are gone.

Can @dae help me?

I should need backup from July 2, 2024.

or can somebody teach me how do find back ups for Anki web?

Have you tried restoring from your local automatic backup first? Restoring an Automatic Backup (Recovering from Data Loss) - Frequently Asked Questions

If there is a server-side backup available, you won’t get to pick the date, so you’d be much better off with your most recent local backup.

Hey @Danika_Dakika,

I always used Anki web over the years. This week I downloaded the App on my Mac. When I pressed “synchronize” it uploaded the empty Anki Cards from my new installed App and probably did override my web Anki Cards. I have no / I can’t backup of the Anki Cards from my Web with the documentation you provided. I think I need a server-side backup, it’s the best solution in this case.

Ok, I’ve restored the last backup made before the lost data. Please choose Download on the next sync.
