I downloaded a new Anki deck with roughly 10,000 cards. I can see all of the cards when I am on Ankiweb, however when I go to the App on my Mac only 2000 cards appear. I checked to make sure that the cards weren’t suspended, I looked through each of the cards under the browse section and most of them are simply missing. I have tried logging out of my anki account on the app and logging back in. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it. I tried downloading the app on a different mac computer and logging in but I get the same issue. I frequently click the sync button on the app (it says all cards have been synced). But still the cards only appear when I am on the Anki web version and not the Mac app version. Can anyone tell me whats going on?

You must have initially import the deck on your Mac – and then synced it to AnkiWeb. Were all of the cards there on your Mac when you first imported it?

- Where in Anki are you looking that you only see 2000 cards?
- Can you give me an example of how you’re looking/searching in Browse, and of a card that you’re not able to find there?
