Ankiweb ID or password was incorrect

Yeah I just signed in to report the same problem.

Was prompted to change password after downloading new version, and now am given the error message “Ankiweb ID or password was incorrect. Please try again” when I try to sync from my computer.

You can either update to 2.1.30 to fix the problem, or log out from the network tab of the preferences screen and then try again.

I just thought “deauthorize” sounded too much like a kill switch, but now I know.
