I had 93 reviews due on the desktop Anki and 82 on AnkiMobile. I Checked and it’s because Anki mobile hasn’t unburied cards that were buried the previous day. How do I fix this issue?
Are you sure that you’re comparing the same figures (apples to apples, so to speak)? For instance, you might see different tallies on that green counter when you look at the deck screens, study screen (on desktop), and during a study session.
Yes, I checked it carefully. I further investigated while I was doing my reviews on desktop and when I had 2 reviews card left I checked ankimobile and it showed 0 cards remaining. I then investigated the cards and they were cards that were buried (due to siblings). Even new cards that were buried due to siblings don’t seem to be unburied on mobile.
Are you:
- Logged into AnkiWeb on both devices,
- Syncing before and after each session on both devices,
- Using the same version number of Anki on both devices,
- Using any add-ons that might schedule, or otherwise alter card due dates?
Yes to all and no to last one, I didn’t have the same issue today so I suppose it was because I changed my next day start time from 7am to 6am yesterday. Perhaps this occurred because I changed it at 6.30 am?
Yes, that would definitely be enough. Your next-day-starts time should be buried deep in your sleeping hours where you won’t ever get close to it.
