You can export several decks in AnkiDroid, you just have to do it one by one.
In any case, exporting and importing doesn’t sound like a very efficient method. Take into account that once the media has been synchronized for the first time, the synchronization will be much faster, since only changes are exchanged. Maybe you experienced a slow connection because you were syncing new decks with lots of media. But it shouldn’t be a problem once it’s done once. And using Ankiweb will be the best solution to keep everything synced.
But if you want to bypass it, you will need to export each decks one by one as far as I know. Same as on Desktop.
