Anki shows cards significantly before due date and reverts Review cards back to Learn without hitting again

Hey,

I am using Anki Desktop Version ⁨2.1.65 for Windows with v3 scheduler with AnkiDroid 2.16.3.

I noticed the following behaviour:

As you can see Anki showed me the card instead of 6 days on the same day and instead of 8 days after 5 days. Is that due to the fuzz factor or for a different reason? Because I think that the fuzz factor is smaller.

Moreover I noticed on top of this behaviour the act of reverting a review card back to learning without me giving a wrong answer and using different learning steps:
