Anki review time is really long!

So I have had this problem for a while now that on my Anki decks it will have the option for 2days (hard) then jump to 1.3 years (good) and 3.3y (easy). I haven’t touched the settings and only started using these cards recently.
How can I change this as 2 days is too little but a year is way too long.

If you imported a deck shared by someone else, they may have exported it with their own review history. If that’s the case, you can reset the cards to new in the Browse screen.
