Whenever i try to open the “lecture” field, it doesn’t open rather it gives me a preview only. How to fix it?

Sorry, but with the information you have provided, is impossible to figure out what your problem might be. Please, provide more details about your problem: which deck are you using, how your templates are made, what you want to do exactly, what have you done exactly, which snki version are you using…

Just for the sake of whomever is going to read this thread in the future, maybe you should post it once more? After all, this is the official Anki forum (including for add-ons), so it’s one of the first resources that are looked for when having troubles.
Sorry… happy to. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot with the user on another forum and I’m not sure what the actual problem is. It looks like it’s an older version of my note type and if thats the case the solution would be to upgrade to the newer versions:
