Anki not syncing, having different ankiweb dashboards on iPad vs Desktop

My Ankiweb for my iPad and Macbook have different dashboards
I have been using Ankiweb instead of the app on my iPad for a day or two since I’ve been travelling, but it doesn’t seem to sync to my Macbook Anki app or the Ankiweb
