My Anki has been malfunctioning for a few days. When I respond a flashcard, sometimes the answer doesn’t come out, or it goes back to the previous flashcard I already made. If I click on the screen several times the answer comes out of the flashcard I was studying at the time. This happened to me with both the previous and the last version.
Could be a add-on issue, could you do the check add-ons section from When problems occur - Frequently Asked Questions

I tried to open anki without any add-ons installed and the same thing keeps happening.

When the screen fails to update, does resizing the window cause the text to update?
No… unfortunately the same thing happens…
I have tried everything:
- Open without addons.
- Use Q5 of the latest version.
- Download the previous version.
- Uninstall and reinstall anki
I don’t know what I have left to do.

I didn’t see the size of the window change in your video? What if you try from non-maximized, and drag the window edge to increase/decrease the size?
Effectively, by dragging the window border, the text is updated.

That implies it’s a graphics driver issue. I’d double-check you tried the steps in the link above for switching to the software driver, and see if the ANGLE driver in the Qt5 build performs any better.
