I am a long time Anki user and have never had issues with syncing between my devices. Out of nowhere yesterday my Anki desktop would not match my Anki mobile. I forced changes in one direction but even still the numbers between my devices do not match up and are slightly off - my phone says 26 new cards, 44 red, and 352 green, while my desktop has 53 new cards, 44 red, and 367 green. I have tried deleting the app on all devices and signing out and signing in again and re-syncing, but the error still persists and now on my Anki mobile app I am getting a 303 syncing error message or just a “network error” whenever I try to sync. I have tried syncing in different locations and I am still getting this error message. Additionally, my phone and ipad Anki settings match one another and the Anki settings on my Anki account on the Anki website, but they do not match my desktop Anki settings. Please help!!!

Are you sure you’re comparing apples to apples? For instance, if you’re looking at the study screen on one and the Decks list, or a Browse search on the other, you’ll see different totals due to burying, and sometimes even add-ons.

Are all of your devices using the same version of Anki?
-
Did you check AnkiWeb to see if it matches one or the other?
- Can you say more about which settings don’t match?
