Anki seems to have changed all my cards which have the “basic” notetype into the “cloze” notetype. Obviously since none of them have any cloze deletions, they bring up an error message when I try to review them and they cant be studied.
When I try making new cards with the basic notetype, it tells me that I have selected the cloze notetype.
Try creating a new Basic type from Tools > Manage Notetypes > Add > Add: Basic and convert your notes to it from the browser’s Notes > Change Note Type option.
That’s what I did before, Not working. If I change the front content in a card, the card will be added and the old card (wrong one) still exists.
