Anki deletion in one card is not working in anki mobile

i just downloaded anki mobile, and when i choose the cloze card type and insert my text and press the cloze button it directly make it C1, C2, C3 which makes it in multiple cards, how can make it C1, C1 like in the computer one, i didn’t use the ipad version because of this problem
