Anki Decks diappeared - nowhere to be found

Hi guys,
I got a problem with my Anki decks - I imported 15 cards from my friend and after that, all my own decks disappeared. In the general overview of the decks, there is only the imported one left (called Standard).

I can still select the names of the decks in the ‘card management’ section but whenever I click on search and then preview for one of my previous decks (Neuro, chriurgie, Medis, Innere), there is this:

Anyone know what I could do? I didnt create an account with a backup since I didnt think I would need it (well, here I go), and I urgendtly need it for my medical exam next week

Maybe your friend has exported a collection package (.colpkg) instead of a deck package (.apkg).

You may be able to restore from a local backup.
