Anki crashes when using text expander (Espanso)

Hi!

Anki crashes whenever I try to use the text expander Espanso. It happens in add/edit/browser – but not when adding tags in the reviewer using the Quick taggning 2.1 add-on.

Any idea what might be the issue?

(I’ve disabled all add-ons with no change in behaviour. No error log is given, Anki just shuts down immediately).

You may have more luck with the qt5 version of Anki.
