I followed the troubleshooting list you sent me and after following tutorial number 6 to change the video driver the problem was solved, that is, the problem was the video driver configuration that was enabled by default even after uninstalling and installing it again, because it was pre-configured as (Direct 3D default). The solution was to change to the Open GL video driver and the problem was solved, I thank you for your help and support!
