Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with Anki where my audio files are working on my Android device but have stopped working on my Windows computer for my 4K Words English deck. How is it posible in the first place that it works on my phone with audio but on the laptop has no sound or image?
- The problem is only with this deck (other decks have audio)
- In the past this deck worked on properly
- Everything synconized
- Backup is not an option
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions for how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!
