My anki app icon is appearing as a question mark. It’s not opening, it looks like everything is deleted and when trying to log in ankiweb via the same account, nothing seems to be saved there. When trying to log into another mac anki app, and syncing i get a message saying that syncing the devices could override something.
How can i preceed without losing anything? And how do i get back my files and app?
