Hello, I have a problem with my “again” setting in Anki. You see my settings below in the picture. The problem is i did not change anything in my settings or anything! sometimes the > sign is there and sometimes it is not. i do not know why this is happening (if the “>” sign is there my cards also get shown before 10 minutes passed by if i am finished with the deck). Thanks in advance 
If your problem is that you want Anki to wait the full again delay before showing the card, you can adjust that from the Learn ahead limit in the preferences.
