I just downloaded the update for Mac. The insertion point changes the shading of the “Add” window every time it blinks. Also, moving the mouse across the window causes a similar issue. It’s most pronounced when hovering over an interactive button (“Front”, “Fields”, …etc). Hovering over “Help”, “Add”, and “Close” does not produce the same issue. I’m in dark mode.
Not sure if you can send video as a new user in this forum, but can you try How to record the screen - Apple Support then sending the video here?
