I had my laptop reset to factory mode because of malware software Installed a couple of months ago so i re-downloaded the apps including my anki app.
Only today i realised that my decks are gone, and my account details are abolished
I logged into anki website and it keeps telling me the email I tried using to log in does not exist. I have also tried resetting my password with the email and it’s giving me the same message
Can someone help me? Thanks
