I have created many flashcards and decks on ankiweb on my phone and tried to sync to anki on my computer app but they have all disappeared. i have made no backups, is there any possible way to restore everything?
Was this the first time sync on your computer? And did you choose upload to AnkiWeb instead of download from AnkiWeb?
AnkiWeb server-side backups are created approximately weekly, and the most recent one for your account was last week – click to see when in your local time. Please confirm if you want me to restore that version of your collection to your account.
[It looks like your AnkiWeb account isn’t currently empty though, so did you have separate unsynced collections on your computer and AnkiWeb? If so, you need to follow this procedure to set up syncing and preserve them both – Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual .]

Yes this was the first time syncing, i wasn’t really paying attention and must have done it anki to ankiweb. Please restore the backup of my ankiweb collection if possible, you might just be a lifesaver! i’m not sure how to explain it but until today i did have separate decks on computer anki and ankiweb, but i rarely use anki so the collection there i believe was a test where i shared a single deck. thank you for your help
That makes sense if you weren’t syncing. Once you have syncing set up, you can keep your collections up-to-date by syncing when you open the app on a device, and when you close/leave the app on that device, every time.
I’ve restored that backup version to your AnkiWeb account. On your next sync, you’ll need to download from AnkiWeb, so make sure you preserve anything you want to keep from your local collection first.
