It’s not reset for me on the latest version (2.1.65). Might be an old bug or an add-on issue.

Even if I stretch the window, or open in full screen
When I close the program, the main window resets to a minimum size.

Anki will not save the position if you’re in full-screen mode, but it should otherwise work. Not sure what the problem is I’m afraid.
