Reset window sizes to larger size?

Hi there, long-term Anki user, and love it generally. I have a consistent crashing problem when selecting multiple cards in the desktop browser. It crashes immediately. The database appears safe.

Have seen many similar threads and a suggestion from dae to reset the window sizes while the developers work on a solution. It’s apparently related to the graphics toolkit used. This works.

But the window sizes reset to unusably small.

Thus, is it possible to reset the window sizes to a default larger size while a solution is found? Even full screen… “Too large” would at least be usable.

It seems that I am also unable to use the “reset the window sizes” function. After using this feature, the windows do not restore their sizes.

Are you using the latest version? I think this was fixed in .66

Yep, using .66.

It looks like we’ve had this behavior since 2018. It needs to stay that way in Qt5, but I’ll experiment with allowing the state to be saved when using Qt6.
