(2.1.45 and 2.1.46) note type shortcut doesn't work from new change note type modal

From the browse page, click a card, click change note type (ctrl-shift m). In that menu, ctrl n opened the “new note type” dropdown in 2.1.44 but no longer does so in 2.1.45 and 2.1.46 with the redesigned modal. See attached screenshot for clarification on the modal page where this shortcut no longer works.

It seems there’s no standard way to reveal a select dropdown in HTML, so this may not be possible to address unless we implement a custom selection screen.
