Issue changing note type on 2.1.45

Hello. I updated my Anki Desktop version to 2.1.45 yesterday and am now having an issue changing the note type of my cards.

As you can see, I’m trying to change the current Sentence field to the Korean field, for example, but in the yellow box it says the contents of the Sentence field will be discarded. When I press save, all of my cards are emptied.

Also, when I initially changed the combobox value to Sentence, it automatically jumped to (nothing) for some reason… This happened for every field.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
