[Windows] Blank main screen

after updated from an old version (I don’t remember the exact version) to 26.05, anki doesn’t seem to work properly, and this issue still exist when I updated it to 26.08, I tried to uninstall anki and reinstall it, but this issue is not yet fixed, and I don’t know what wrong with it, do I need to install something to make anki work properly? My OS is Windows 10, and here’s my dubug info: Anki 26.08 (666c2c64)
Python 3.13.13 Qt 6.11.0 PyQt 6.11.0
Platform: Windows-10-10.0.19045-SP0

Thank you so much, I just overlooked this guide on display issue you mentioned on Anki Docs, I don’t expect it was a display issue, I thought it might be a software compatibility issue. Anyway, this issue is fixed by following the guide on Anki Docs, thank you again!
