Windows 11 Installation Error

I am attempting to install Anki on my Windows 11 Computer. I downloaded the file and when I attempt to install by clicking the anki-26.05-win-arm64.msi, I am presented with this error message: This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.

I have an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.6 GHz

Windows 11 64 bit OS

I rebooted, turned off my Antivirus and attempted to run the installation file again but encountered the same result.

Use the other file.

anki-26.05-win-arm64.msi - ARM the processor is here.

You have a standard processor, so you need version 10+, where the “+” means Windows versions 10 to 99 :slight_smile:
