App does not open on MS Surface Pro X

I updated Windows, restarted my surface pro multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled “anki-2.1.54-windows-qt6” and still get this error message. On my PC (same windows version, anki version, and similar specs but system type “x64-based PC”) the app runs with no problems.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Anki doesn’t currently support Windows ARM.

From a brief Google:

“I looked up Notion, and it looks like the issue with that one is it only has a x64 64-bit Windows version available. The Pro X currently cannot emulate x64 apps; that’s supposed to be coming in the fall update. I don’t know what other apps you tried, but you’ll need either x86 (32bit) or preferably ARM64 apps.”

Maybe you’ll have more luck with the 32 bit 2.1.35 version.
